3. Appointment Terms & Cancellations

When booking with us:

• You may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
• Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking (typically 24–48 hours in advance). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a rebooking fee.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may cancel or reschedule your appointment without refund.

For rescheduling or special concerns, please contact us as early as possible.
